"Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured, and endure what cannot be cured." -B.K.S. Iyengar
About Zoe
I started practicing yoga when I was in high school and truly became dedicated to my yoga practice in college. I found yoga to be a great way to deal with the stresses of finals, classes, and life. After graduating from Bridgewater College in 2010 with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Performance, I was not entirely sure where I would end up and what I would be doing. I have always wanted to spend my life helping others, and thought the best way to do this was to teach yoga which has changed and healed my own life! I enrolled at Charlottesville Yoga School and training began in September 2011. It truly was the most wonderful, life changing experience of my life. My teachers and fellow trainees have touched my heart in many ways. I graduated from Charlottesville Yoga School on January 15 2012, officially gaining the title of RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). I believe that yoga can bring so much joy and peace to everyone's lives, and I hope that as a teacher I will be able to show others that same joy, peace, and happiness that I myself have found in my own yoga practice. Namaste. ~Zoe
